New York!

I want to share some of the fun we had in New York! I had never been, so it was a first for me, and I loved every minute of it. It is just as great as I imagined it would be. I love all the charm New York has to offer. There is so much to see there; so many colorful and talented people, amazing buildings and architecture, and some of the best restaurants and shops! I tired to soak it all in, but I definately need to go back!

InterContinental New York caught wind from their Boston location, that we had just gotten married, and they had chocolate-covered strawberries and champagne in our room for us when we arrived! So thoughtful! (We don't really drink, but it's the thought that counts!)

When you go, you have to get one of their famous black and white cookies! You won't regret it!

Seeing Billy Elliott on Broadway. I loved it so much! And I lied...I do cry, and I cried like a baby during this show. I was so moved!

Me "fan-girling" it up with the boy who played Billy Elliott! I was so impressed by him!

Seeing Book of Mormon!! It was so hilarious! I think growing up Mormon made it even funnier because I caught all the little jokes!

We went to Book of Mormon thanks to this guy (Kris's dad) and his excitement to see the show!

Elder Price, the star of the show! And now he is on T. V. So cool!

You guys! I was so excited to meet "Olaf" (Elder Cunningham)! He did such an incredible job that I was dying to meet him after the show! Little did I know that he would become my favorite snowman character just a few years later... And Nabulungi did an amazing job in the show, too! Such talent!

We had a great time dancing after the show!

We met up with some friends while we were out there, and had so much fun dancing the night away with them! (If you don't know Dallas Graham, look him up here; you won't regret it! He writes the most inspiring stories for kids [and grown ups!])

These are just a few of the fun details! One for the books for sure; we had the time of our lives! New York is one of my funnest memories! I left there feeling so inspired, full of romance, and ready to face any trial that might come my way! (New York is always a good idea!)
